Our Story
Transforming spaces, one impeccable alteration at a time
OSBUILT Projects grew out of twenty-five years on the tools around Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. We specialise in alterations and additions, decks and pergolas, cladding, fascia and eaves, framing, stairs, doors and windows.
Most of our work is on homes people are already living in, which is a different discipline to building on a bare block. It means staging the job so the kitchen stays usable, sealing the house before we open a wall, and leaving the site in a state you can live around at the end of each day.
The structural side is what we are known for. Framing, steel, load-bearing removal and roof work are the parts nobody sees once the plaster goes on, and they are the parts that decide whether the doors still close in five years. We would rather spend an extra half day getting a frame square than spend a week arguing about a kitchen that will not fit.
We are big enough to run a full second-storey addition and small enough that you deal with the same person the whole way through.
